Position Summary

• Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results. 
• Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns. 
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

 Skills, Requirements

• 6 months Call Center Experience and/or Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
• Clear speaking voice with Attention to Detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; CSEC English a must
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Must be able to work between 7am to 11 pm on any given day.
• Internet Access if client hours require work at home.
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
