As itel continues its rapid growth, we are seeking high-impact contributors focused on driving our future success. As a Recruiter, you will contribute to that growth by attracting and hiring exceptional employees across all customer engagements.

 

You will play an integral role in the Talent Acquisition team—being responsible for all parts of the recruiting life cycle: sourcing, resume review, developing a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the candidate lifecycle from application to hire. Because you understand the assignment ... you will:

 

  • Fully own and establish yourself as the specialist of a recruiting strategy designed to identify top candidates across a variety of functions by:
    • Developing and tuning job descriptions, occupational standards, competency/skill requirements, and creating summaries for use in advertisements and other methods of candidate search.
    • Pro-actively establishing and maintaining stable candidate pipelines that consistently produce a high volume of top talent that successfully pass the screening process and enter client engagements.
    • Implementing and maintaining appropriate selection tools and processes for each customer engagement.
    • Building partnerships and credibility with interviewers and hiring managers.
    • Ensuring a positive, smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience.
    • Driving the offer process through extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
    • Partnering with counterparts in the respective stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for each new hire.
    • Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions, bringing new and innovative ideas to the team.
    • Communicating consistently with your team.
    • Consistently promoting and developing itel's employer brand.

 

To accomplish these, you have:

 

  • At least two (2) years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting.  
  • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or another related subject.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates and team members as a trusted resource.
  • High energy. You are highly motivated and self-directed to work independently and in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work under pressure, adhering to tight deadlines and never sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize stakeholder requests.
  • A positive attitude—it is something you will bring to work with you daily.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy and promptness.
  • Above average Microsoft Office skills.
