Virtual Event Producer - Team Lead (K-JESS)

The Clients’ Events & Meeting (E&M) function is seeking a Virtual Event Producer who is proficient in producing live and on-demand audio and video webcasts, manage post-production of webcasts and organize/deliver pre and post event client communication.

Opportunity Overview:

KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS) operating from the Kingston office, is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  

The Clients’ Events & Meeting (E&M) function is seeking a Virtual Event Producer -  Team Lead who will be responsible for managing a team of JESS Officers who will be performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Client team including (but not limited to), producing internal and external video webcasts, webcast vendor communications, and managing post-production of webcasts to include pre-and post-event reporting and analysis. This role will be a working leader, performing the tasks as well as ensuring the team is delivering against Client standards and timelines.

Education/Experience

• Produce live and on-demand audio and video webcasts in support of internal stakeholders for both internal and external/client-facing projects 
• Organize and deliver pre and post-event client communications with various stakeholders
• Manage post-production of webcasts to include post-event reporting and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or similar, or related field from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three years of work experience in virtual webcast production, HTML and basic CSS Event planning and/or marketing experience, a plus
• Minimum three years’ experience managing people
