YOUR POSITION WITH TNC
The Director of Marketing develops, provides expert advice/direction, creates, and implements marketing plans that align with the strategic priorities of the Caribbean Division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Director of Marketing manages all aspects of the Caribbean Division’s marketing efforts. They are responsible for the management and implementation of strategic marketing programs to build awareness, engage stakeholders, influence conservation action. They ensure that the creative work reflects the positioning, platform, and voice of the organization’s marketing objectives and meets client/internal partner needs. The Director of Marketing implements operational delivery of branding principles whether applied internally or outbound. Works closely with various constituents including senior staff, field offices, department and division staff, vendors, and other key stakeholders outside the organization to ensure delivery of projects that contribute to a positive service relationship. Coordinates and manages budgets. Oversees the day-to-day tasks of the program. The Director of Marketing reports to the Executive Director of the Caribbean Division.
