OUR NEED
We are seeking an AX Analyst to work with our Enterprise Resource Planning Team, under the guidance of the AX Project Lead, by assisting in our planning, defining, developing and implementing of our AX ERP Projects across the Bermudez Group.
Included among the responsibilities of the role are: -
- Understand the current business processes of the Operating Companies and to ensure the application addresses their needs.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the modules within the application and how they can be used to the benefit the Operating Companies.
- Represent the Group’s interests in system design and configuration.
- Identify and recommend best practices to the Project Management Office (PMO) for discussion and approval.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Owner and each company on their configuration, testing and training on all modules/applications in the scope of the current Project.
- Work collaboratively with consulting vendor/s to configure modules and reports.
- Provide 2nd Level of Support at Go Live and Post implementation reviews.
- Provide technical advice, guidance and on the job training for system users as required.
- Test, install, upgrade and maintain the AX application across the Group.
- Document all operational processes and procedures related to the modules implemented.
- Assist in developing, recommending and implementing policies, systems/applications, plans and programmes to ensure the achievement of established corporate objectives.
DESIRED BACKGROUND/SKILLS
- Degree or an Associate Degree in Business Administration / Management or Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
- Experience with report writing tools such as Power BI and SSRS will be a plus.
- Good working knowledge of AX365 application or an ERP system would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet weekly deliverables.
