Job Description

The Financial Advisor will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. At Pinnacle Insurance Brokers, we would be nothing without our successful team of Advisors. We’re seeking  qualified Financial Advisors to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Unit Manager, the successful candidates will be required to:
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following up with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.

Qualifications and experience

  • 1-3 years or more in sales or insurance would be an asset
  • First Degree
  • Strong Personal Integrity
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Sound knowledge of PC application software
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Must display strong interpersonal skills
  • Credibility
  • Ordinary Long Term and Equity Certification would be asset
  • Previous sales training and experience would be an asset, however, training will be provided
  • Have valid Driver’s Licence and own a reliable motor vehicle
