Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, Health Claims. Reporting to the Claims Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the client is getting medically necessary, quality care, and that is efficient and economical. Responsibilities include all aspects of the group health claims; monitors and analyses performance standards to maintain the quality and the level of service as required by the Company, train and develop staff to meet company standards, and maintenance of health care administration system.

Cayman First offers an attractive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to become a part of a dedicated team of professionals. Salary range for this position is CI$55,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
