Logistics Assistant

We are inviting applications for the position of Logistics Assistant in our Cold Storage Warehouse.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Checks all goods leaving the warehouse against picking slips.
• Ensures all picked goods are accurate and that the information relating to them is correctly recorded.
• Verifies accuracy of products on invoices with delivery personnel before dispatch.
• Ensures that all goods leave the warehouse with the proper documentation.
• Ensures that any shortages/overages are reported immediately. 

Position Requirements 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Minimum of 3 CXC O’ Level Passes or a combination of training and experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Good numerical skills.
