JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to inbound calls and or written inquiries from clients / customers using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction is obtained with each interaction. Resolve customer queries and complaints, including billing, making or changing prepaid plans, providing rates, or providing general customer Support. Agents will be required to complete 12 weeks training on processes and provided with the tools, processes and systems to address the customers’ inquiries with speed and efficiency.
