About the Role:
As an IT Program Portfolio Lead, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology programs with strategic business objectives. You’ll design and maintain a robust portfolio management framework, ensuring projects deliver maximum value on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to influence key decisions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive innovation across a dynamic technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio management framework aligned with organizational and client goals.
- Partner with Client Success Directors and business leaders to prioritize technology programs and projects.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage portfolio budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum value realization.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in portfolio management within a technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Power BI, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience leading large cross-functional programs involving business and technology teams.

Special Conditions:
- JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
- You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
- Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
- May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
