Assist in the development of activities that support programs and initiatives in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilites

  • Keep updated information for employee benefits administration.
  • Support the recruitment process and organizes the database of candidates.
  • Organize Staff Meetings
  • Prepare and review depart reports as required.
  • Support payroll data gathering
  • Follow- up and maintain a register of employee absences, tardines, sick leave etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of university- based studies in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar area. Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate.
