About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of established brands, including Outdoor World Antigua, Outdoor World St. Maarten, Automotive Art Antigua, Distribution Division, Tropic Wear, and Buccaneer Beach Club.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will direct all aspects of brand strategy, marketing innovation, and digital transformation across the Group.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who combines creative excellence with commercial focus and a passion for AI-driven marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Group Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Lead digital and AI transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, creativity, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee group-wide campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, market share, and customer loyalty across the regional market.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and report performance to the Managing Director.
  • Mentor and lead a marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
  • Represent the Group at major marketing, media, and community events.

 

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Mater’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 5-8 years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in multi-brand or regional organizations.
  • Proven success in digital marketing, brand management, and AI-driven campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut and Meta
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
