Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Manage and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve budgeted targets and optimize financial performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure a high-performance team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in hotel management.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality software and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Diplomatic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
