Job Summary:

A dynamic and reputable real estate management firm based in Montego Bay, Jamaica is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and oversee the development and growth of the firm’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, managing financial, human and physical resources to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet company targets. The successful candidates will drive growth, optimize operational systems and contribute to the organization’s overall advancement.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing or related field. (Masters Degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Financial Management and software tools.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team.
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work projects.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
