OVERVIEW:
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).
JOB SUMMARY:
The KJESS Deployment Officer will be contracted to support the training deployment, customer service, marketing, and administrative needs of the Strategic Events Leveraging Learning (SELL) team. SELL is the client-facing learning & development organization within KPMG LLP, known in the marketplace as KPMG Executive Education (Exec Ed).
In this role, under the oversite of the deployment associate director, with guidance and direct supervision by the deployment leads, you will complete a variety of recurring and ad-hoc tasks related to the deployment of in-person and virtual programs, including KPMG F&A Executive Symposium and KPMG Momentum.
Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end CPE (Continuing Professional Education) process, including Learning Management System (LMS) course build support, facilitating required approvals, and performing all CPE closeout tasks for our Symposium and Momentum participants.
You will support the customer service team in responding to routine learner and stakeholder inquiries, with a focus on Symposium and Momentum-related inquiries and other reoccurring inquiry types.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Assist in responding to routine client inquiries via email communications for the general Executive Education mailbox and the Momentum specific mailbox.
- Process Symposium sponsorship requests.
Deployment
- Perform aspects of the deployment life cycle of our Symposium and Momentum sessions including advancing the CPE approval process, maintaining documentation on SharePoint/Teams Channels, and working with Events and Meetings for Cvent surveys/links/reports/etc.
- Support opportunity tracking and other documentation initiatives within Engage (SalesForce).
- Assist with communications for Symposium and Momentum, including updating communication plans, populating communication templates into .oft files, completing Orchestrate submissions, submitting requests to maintain the internal website, and creating meeting planners from the Momentum Outlook shared mailbox.
- Assisting with special projects related to client learning & development on an as needed basis.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 1-2 years progressive work experience, preferably in a large corporate environment or professional services firm
- Experience working with technology, and a desire to develop new technical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills and detail-oriented capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Experience with LMS administration (ideally Cornerstone OnDemand) is preferred, but not required
- Learning and development experience is preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of the US National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) requirements and CPE administration is preferred, but not required

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs
