Caribbean Institute of Forensic Accounting (CIFA)

Caribbean Institute of Forensic Accounting (CIFA) aims to accomplish its mission by producing professionals that become leaders in their field and to promote excellence in the forensic accounting profession.

The Institute provides the Forensic Certified Public Accounting Certification (FCPA) as well as the individual FCPA Certification papers.  The FCPA certification has been accredited by the US as a post graduate qualification. Candidates who have successfully completed this program will be able to use the FCPA designation.

PURPOSE OF THESE DESIGNATIONS

Attaining these designations will identify to the public and business community that the holder has gone further than a mere accountant and has acquired additional skills that will equip them to do forensic investigations.
