Customer Service Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through a conversational tone, rapport-building, and empathy to ensure positive outcomes. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing effective solutions. Success in this position requires active listening, clear communication, and ensuring customer understanding, along with maintaining excellent attendance and compliance with company policies 

Collections Job Summary:

This role entails assisting with the recovery of outstanding payments from our consumers. Your duties will include communicating with consumers via telephone & email, negotiating payment plans, and enacting payment plans to help resolve outstanding balances

Education:

Minimum of 3 CSEC inclusive of English Language and Mathematics

 Skills Needed:

• 6 months - 1 year call center experience or more preferred.
• Clear speaking voice.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent attendance history
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
• Must be able to work between these hours 7am to 10pm Mon - Sat
