We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-focused Corporate Sales Executive who thrives in B2B environments and understands the power of creativity in client engagement.

The Opportunity

As our Corporate Sales Executive, you’ll take the lead in expanding our corporate client base by building trusted relationships, designing custom gifting solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences that align with business goals and brand identity.

You’ll work directly with marketing teams, HR departments, executive assistants, and procurement leaders across industries, from finance and hospitality to government and events, becoming a key driver of our business growth.

You’ll report to our Group Sales Manager and work collaboratively to ensure every client interaction reflects our high standards, strategic focus, and commitment to meaningful brand experiences.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close high-value corporate accounts. Identify new opportunities and lead full-cycle sales engagements.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client goals, brand voice, and gifting needs to curate personalized and strategic gift packages.
  • Seasonal Sales Planning: Capitalize on peak gifting seasons (for example, holidays, employee recognition months, product launches, events).
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage recurring gifting programs, and upsell value-added services.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal creative, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Reporting: Track performance, submit sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in luxury products, events, branding, or premium services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
    • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • High attention to detail with a creative mindset.
