This role supports the execution of monthly revenue targets and ensures the delivery of professional, timely, and reliable customer service.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Management & Revenue Growth
- Execute commercial plans, monthly sales targets, and revenue objectives for brokerage, logistics, and warehousing services.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline: lead → qualification → quotation → conversion → repeat business.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and structured campaign lists.
- Prepare and submit quotations for brokerage, trucking, clearance, delivery, and storage within agreed timelines.
- Maintain daily updates in CRM / sales tracking systems.
- Identify growth opportunities across key customer segments (contractors, developers, retailers, SMEs, project cargo clients).
- Lead weekly commercial huddles and present performance dashboards.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key account clients across brokerage, logistics, and warehousing.
- Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and contract value.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, providing timely updates and coordinating escalations as needed.
- Coordinate clearances, trucking schedules, warehouse requests, and customer instructions with Operations & Brokerage.
- Organize site visits, customer reviews, and account check-ins.
3. Sales Operations & Service Coordination
- Prepare accurate billing sheets, quotations, and brokerage forms.
- Ensure compliance with pricing controls, DOA frameworks, and approved discount structures.
- Work closely with Brokerage and Operations to confirm shipment ETA, clearance status, delivery timelines, and customer documentation.
- Support dispatch coordination to ensure timely trucking and delivery scheduling.
- Track and follow up on invoices, payments, and outstanding balances with Finance.
- Support storage revenue growth and warehouse utilization strategies.
4. Marketing, Outreach & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns across brokerage, logistics, warehousing, and specialized project services.
- Provide customer segmentation data and insight to guide campaign focus.
- Lead outbound contact for campaigns and promotions (minimum targets per cycle).
- Track engagement rates and report weekly campaign outcomes.
5. Compliance, Documentation & Safety
- Ensure all customer documentation (entry forms, invoices, delivery notes, declarations) is complete and accurate.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and adherence to Customs and industry protocols.
- Maintain safety standards during all customer interactions and coordination with operations teams.

- Monthly revenue target achievement (Brokerage, Trucking, Warehousing).
- Lead-to-conversion rate: 25–40% depending on segment.
- Minimum 10–20 new customers onboarded monthly.
- 60%+ repeat customer ratio.
- CRM accuracy: 100% weekly update; forecast accuracy ≥ 90%.
- Quotation turnaround: ≤ 24 hours for standard shipments; ≤ 48 hours for project cargo.
Customer Engagement KPIs
- Response time ≤ 2 hours during business hours.
- CSAT: ≥ 90% positive customer feedback.
- Complaint resolution within 48 hours unless escalated.
- Customer update timeliness (ETA, delays, documentation).
Operational Alignment KPIs
- Daily coordination with Brokerage, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, logistics, brokerage, or customer service.
- Experience in freight forwarding, Customs brokerage, trucking, or warehousing preferred.
- Proficiency using CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
