Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Commercial/B2B Relationship Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Commercial Division by coordinating the relationship with the Industrial B2B customer

As the primary liaison between B2B clients and internal teams, this role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and communicating any changes that may impact orders or deliveries. This position supports the Chief Commercial Officer in addition to the Managers, Local Sales and Marketing by providing functional support, client insight and administrative support.

Overall, the Commercial/B2B Relationship Coordinator is a dynamic and multifaceted position that requires a blend of client management, sales support, marketing coordination and executive assistance skills to drive business success and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with industrial B2B clients.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

B2B Order Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage the full cycle of B2B orders, from processing through to delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned industrial B2B clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the order process, working closely with internal teams to maintain service standards.

Sales Coordination:

  • Provide support to the Manager, Local Sales by delivering sales insights and client feedback
  • Communicate with B2B clients regarding any changes in internal operations that may impact their orders and deliveries
  • Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Track sales activities and performance, preparing regular reports for management.

 Marketing Support:

  • Communicate and execute B2B marketing campaigns as directed by the Manager, Marketing
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of marketing materials related to B2B campaigns.

 Executive Support:

  • Provide functional support to the Chief Commercial Officer in executing strategic initiatives
  • Assist with project management, ensuring timely execution of key projects
  • Manage the preparation of the Executive Summary for the Monthly Report, compiling data and insights for senior management review
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 Client Onboarding and Training:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new B2B clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration
  • Provide training and support to clients on products, services and any relevant tools or platforms.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field. Master’s Degree will be an asset
  • Three (3) years’ experience in B2B sales, Marketing, Account management or Executive support
  • Strong understanding of order processing and delivery coordination within a B2B environment
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and distribution
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing tools and general office software like Microsoft Office Suite and Power Bi
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
