Collision Repair Technician

Performs bodywork, including spraying and refinishing structural and body parts to manufacturers standards from chassis and body systems to suspension and safety features.

Real Auto B.V. in St. Maarten is seeking dedicated and experienced Collision Repair Technicians to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and a commitment to restoring vehicles to their original condition, we want to hear from you.

 You must be able to:

• Perform skilled repairs on vehicle bodies and frames after collisions.
• Conduct thorough disassembly and diagnostics to create accurate repair plans.
• Execute precision bodywork, including panel replacement, alignment, and welding.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, and priming.
• Operate and maintain all shop tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensure all work meets our dealership's high-quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

 You must have:

• A proven track record as a Collision Repair Technician or Auto Body Technician.
• Proficiency in body repair, frame alignment, and painting techniques.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a Dutch National OR a holder of a valid US Passport.
