We’re hiring a Growth Manager to serve as the senior lead responsible for driving client success, guiding strategic direction, and strengthening Experiment to Grow’s operational foundation.
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship management, and growth architect.
You’ll own the client relationship end-to-end, defining positioning, guiding advertising & website strategy, and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes.
You’ll also play a key role in the company’s internal evolution, building systems, refining processes, and shaping how Experiment to Grow scales.
Act as the senior strategist and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders by combining insight and business acumen.
Lead monthly business reviews, strategy sessions that connect marketing performance to financial outcomes and weekly client check-ins.
Anticipate client needs, challenges, and opportunities, positioning Experiment to Grow as a key growth partner.
Oversee all client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment across internal teams.
Partner with the Digital Advertising team to define campaign strategy, offers, and creative direction.
Review ad performance across Meta, Google, and related platforms, ensuring alignment with broader growth objectives.
Translate data into strategic decisions, identifying levers for improving ROAS, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency.
Collaborate on the development of experiment roadmaps that test and scale what truly drives conversion.
Ensure all paid media initiatives align with behavioral insights and client business goals.
Partner with the Web Experience and Design teams to shape post-click experiences that convert.
Lead discussions around landing page and funnel optimization using behavioral and UX principles.
Evaluate site and funnel data (GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio) to diagnose friction and guide continuous improvement.
Oversee the alignment between messaging, creative, and user flow ensuring the website becomes a key growth asset.
Help define and refine how clients articulate their value, differentiation, and market position.
Lead positioning workshops or strategy sprints to strengthen client messaging and brand clarity.
Identify opportunities to expand Experiment to Grow’s services within existing client accounts.
Partner with leadership to evolve our firm’s own positioning, offers, and go-to-market approach.
Contribute to sales conversations, proposals, and onboarding of new clients, ensuring expectations and strategy are aligned from day one.
Drive internal alignment across strategy, advertising, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support leadership in improving company systems, project management, client delivery, reporting, and QA.
Translate insights from client work into reusable frameworks, processes, and playbooks.
Maintain visibility into project timelines, deliverables, and team resourcing to ensure operational efficiency.
Uphold Experiment to Grow’s standard of excellence across every client interaction and deliverable.
7+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or marketing leadership
Proven ability to lead client relationships and translate strategy into measurable business results
Strong understanding of advertising, funnel design, and conversion strategy
Deep knowledge of digital performance metrics and behavioral marketing principles
Experience in business positioning, brand strategy, or messaging frameworks
Comfort with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or Hotjar
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple clients with precision
Exceptional communication and presentation ability, both written and verbal
