The position is responsible for leading and building the management, administrative and advisory functions of the market as well as developing and establishing policies and objectives for the market.
Functions under this portfolio include: reports on the operations and performance of the Company, directs and coordinates formulation of the Company financial plans to provide financing for new and/or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity; plans and develops industrial, labor, and public relations policies designed to improve the companies' image and relations with customers, employees, stakeholders, and public; seeks market opportunities and market alliances with local and overseas partners and continue to lead and drive sales for the market.
An Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline. A Master’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline is a plus
Minimum eight (8) years of senior management experience and a proven track record as a successful executive, with the ability to drive and advocate transformational change.
Knowledge in project development and management would be an asset
Experience in interpreting financial reports and driving sales
Sound understanding of procurement policies and procedures, systems and protocols

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
Must be a strong leader who has excellent business acumen with a proven track record as a Senior Executive

Should be able to devise long range goals and objectives to meet the targets of the Business
Must have sound fiduciary experience.
Must possess the ability to liaise with local and international partners and forge partnerships
