Easy as ABC Marketing (Call Center) is seeking motivated and passionate person to join us as Sales Representatives & Debt Collector.  If you are looking to build a fulfilling career in sales and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!

  Required Experience:

• Experience in business commerce and accounts receivable is an asset
• Ability to make 150 to 200 outbound calls per day
• Negotiating Bills and collecting on current / past due invoices 
• Excellent communication skills whilst building rapport with clients.
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Microsoft Word and Outlook)
• Strong phone, typing skills required 

In addition, you will need to be able to:

•  Work remotely without being distracted (music playing/ noisy background).
•  Provide information about the company’s products and services.
•  Ability to interact with customers by email and by phone; must write well, using   correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
•  Must be able to exceed collection targets weekly.

• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with challenging customers

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 4 CXCs including English
• At least 0 - 2 years’ experience working in the same capacity
