DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Committed to prospecting, building relationships, growing and servicing accounts.
• Manage, service and support clients while generating additional business.
• Maintain relationships and favourable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts.
• Professional networking.
• Assess client needs and provide basic marketing and advertising counseling to clients.
• Attend client meetings and prepare effective written briefs to creative, production and media.
• Ability to give constructive critiquing of material relative to client account briefs.
• Present draft campaign suggestions to clients along with a summary of the expenditure involved and negotiate and arrange for modifications if required.
• Maintain control on clients' budgets for media and production.
• Liaise directly with production to coordinate timelines and delivery for client projects.
• Event coordination and management
• Knowledge of digital platforms

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience within an advertising agency is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Strategic and creative thinker
• Strong communication skills – written, oral, analytical
• Strong interpersonal skills   
• Presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task
