ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the planning, directing, and coordinating of the daily operations of the warehouse and the distribution of all goods from the Procurement Headquarters (PHQ) to the Resorts.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with inventory
• management system.
• Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Managing team members, preparing work schedules, and assigning work duties.
• Managing the delivery truck fleet.
• Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Qualification and Experience:

• A degree in management, inventory, and/or supply chain management or any other related discipline.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in warehousing/fleet management.
• Computer literate with computer applications and software, i.e., Microsoft Office/Windows
• Knowledgeable of inventory and supply management policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable of dynamics inventory system
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
