Our entry into the air condition business began 18 years ago supplying affordable split type air conditioners to the Jamaican market to satisfy increase demand from residential and commercial real estate development projects. This decision was timely taking into consideration increasing global warming and its effect on how air conditioners will play a greater role in providing comfort. 

Aleabra , formerly Leading Brands Jamaica Ltd was formed in 2003 representing Klimaire Products Inc, and Hitachi Air Condition and now Hisense with hundreds of solutions sold to well-known corporate and medium sized enterprises, government, hospitality and residential development projects. 

Senior Air Condition Technician 

To lead the after sales & maintenance department, and train Junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair VRF systems, air handling units, packaged rooftop units, chillers, variable frequency drives, heat exchangers & mini splits.
• Coordinate with the service department to Implement an effective after-sales service maintenance program.
• Train and Lead junior technicians.
• Monitoring processes, workers, methods, and develops plans for increased efficiency
• Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, Chill Water, DX Systems & and associated electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work drawings, and code books.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Demonstrated work experience
• Certifications in HVAC
