Job Description: The Quality Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, have oversight of the Quality Management System and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality initiatives.
  • Train employees on quality standards and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality management, Engineering, Science)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a Distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO)
  • Adherence to industry regulatory requirements and procedures.
  • Experience in Quality Management systems in Pharmaceutical Distribution.
