We are open to receiving applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Human Resource Officer.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The administration of Human resources (HR) activities including the implementation of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
  • Coordinating of employee benefits and staff welfare activities.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection, training, and development programmes, performance monitoring and maintenance of up to date and accurate staff records.
  • Acting as the point person for HR related queries from employees and external partners.
  • Creating monthly reports/presentations on HR metrics.
  • Overseeing and participating in HR projects, as applicable and as required.
  • Any other duties assigned.

 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCE:

  • First Degree in Human Resource Management/Management Studies or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Meticulous attention to details, team oriented and good time management skills.

 MINUMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least five (5) years’ related work experience in a similar capacity.
