HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and assessment of the company's strategic HR plans and programs, to ensure employee engagement and retention.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the full range of functions for recruitment, selection, retention and separation.
• File and maintain employees’ records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding.
• Organizing data to support employees KPI review assessments
• Assisting with planning and executing employee events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline,
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar capacity,
• An excellent command of the English Language,
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products.
