Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, possess excellent culinary skills, and be able to work well as part of a team. 

Responsibilities:

• To maintain the required level of hygiene standards/HACCP as laid down both legally and by the standards manual
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Assist in the management of food inventory and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary range: USD22,000 to USD26,000 per annum based on experience and qualification.
