The Business Analyst will be responsible for the capture of relevant data and information relating to customer ,categories and channels in the general market place with a view to providing insightful analysis and actionable intel to key decision makers of CB Foods.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the capture of relevant data and information relatingto customer ,categories and channels in the general market place with a view to providing insightful analysis and actionable intel to key decision makers of CB Foods.
Main Function:
Develop systems/methodology for the capture of customer/channel/product sales info.
Collaborate with Commercial units to conduct market research and competitive analysis (consumer behavior/emerging trends/competitor activity/pricing)
Conduct pre and post evaluations (sales/profitability) of promotional activities.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to create targeted activities based on customer channels/segmentation.
Analysis of various pricing strategies to maximize product profitability whilst remaincompetitive.
Lead analyst on quarterly pricing committee.
Participate in the monthly sales planning process.
Support commercial units in providing meaningful insight of product/channel/customer performance to capitalize on opportunities.
Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business /finance or related field
- At least five (5) years’ experience in an Accounting or Commercial environment.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to convey complex information.
