We are looking for someone to assist with the Accounting and Administrative functions in our Company

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountant

ROLE:

The Accountant will work closely with the CEO to ensure all financial and administrative activities are completed in a timely basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follow up on Accounts Receivables, and ensure all customer invoices are paid in accordance with their credit terms
2. Ensure all documents are submitted to our Accountant as per the schedule set out.
3. Organize meetings, as well as update accounting records as requested
4. Assist with ongoing reconciliations of net proceeds accounts
5. Perform other daily accounting and administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of the business – this includes, but is not limited to – prepayments, letter of guarantees, other payables
6. Receive and post payments received in our system
7. Perform administrative activities related to the daily operation of the business.
8. Oversee and monitor employee reimbursements and maintain vacation and other leave schedules.
9. Follow up with Account Managers in relation to CEO’s orders/quotations as requested
10. Ensure the office is in good order, and oversee all activities related to this.
11. This position will evolve as we continue to grow as our Company grows
12. Perform any other duties as requested

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a minimum of two years proven work experience in this area

Excellent written communication skills

Highly Proficient in Math and Accounting
