The ideal candidate will ensure that the agency's financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Monthly billing.
- Generating financial reports and assisting with budget preparation
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel, Peachtree
and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
