Prior to 2003, Engineering and Design for new Oil & Gas facilities had never been done in Trinidad. Fluor Daniel South America Limited has transitioned to a project execution office that offers full service EPCM and O&M services to our clients in Trinidad & Tobago. The office falls under Fluor's Upstream Oil and Gas Unit and is part of Fluor Offshore Solutions (F.O.S). The office primarily executes upstream projects such as offshore platforms, subsea pipelines, terminal upgrades, onshore gas facilities and offshore revamp projects. We offer the best upstream project opportunities in Trinidad. Fluor has been instrumental in several first time events in Trinidad. The Cannonball platform was the first platform ever engineered, designed and fabricated in Trinidad. Additionally, Fluor executed the FEED for the BG Poinsettia Platform in Trinidad; the first time that a FEED of this size had ever been done locally. We recently completed the design, fabrication and installation of the Poinsettia Platform, which has the largest topsides ever fabricated in Trinidad.
