The Master of Science in Industrial Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management (M.Sc. IIEM) is designed to provide graduates with the technical skills, personal development and industrial experience needed to be effective in industry, leading to accelerated promotion.

The programme consists of a combination of two (2) weeks taught course modules, company visits, a series of projects tackling real business and technical problems in industry and an in-depth, individual research project. The taught modules include Business Strategy & Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Transferable Skills, Innovation & Technology Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management and Leadership & Human Resource and Design. The course also includes an international study tour intended to expose graduates to best practices in manufacturing industries, globally.

Entry Requirements:

All applicants must possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related numerate discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an approved university with a B+ average OR
• Upper Second Class honours; OR an equivalent GPA;
• A Bachelor’s degree with a lower than B+ average but with compensating experience and/or qualifications
• Other qualifications and experience deemed acceptable to the Postgraduate Studies, Research and Development Committee at the time of application.
