Responsibilities:
1. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
2. Create and manage monthly scheduling plan for various social media platforms to foster ongoing engagement with fans.
3. Crafting offsite promotions, email drops and online outreach campaigns.
4. Use digital analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, SQL and Excel to extract and manipulate data.
5. Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for all web pages, social media platforms and digital advertising.
6. Handle all usability issues and incorporate best practices throughout the design and development process
7. Maintain a consistent company look and feel throughout all digital properties
8. Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, RSS and events
9. Make recommendations for website improvements and/or marketing programs based on measurement results and customer insights gathered.
10. Assist in managing domain names.
Education:
BA/BSc. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Web or related field

1. Strong understanding of all aspects of social media, including content strategy, mobile platforms and paid social media.
2. Proficient in Excel and Power Point, including charting and graphing functions.
3. Basic knowledge of HTML would be an asset
4. Ability to multi task projects in a deadline-driven environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must work effectively across departmental team.
6. Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish (verbal & written)
