JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPLAINTS SUPERVISOR/WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Completes Warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and outlining duties; following up on work results
Ensures availability of merchandise and monitoring stock levels by ordering goods through stock requisition and maintaining inventories
Periodically spot check and verify stock; receive and verify goods received from suppliers when necessary
Verify all items before they are loaded on delivery van to ensure that documents corresponds with amount and description
Submit weekly written reports to the General Manager regarding all issues relating to the operations at the Warehouse
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
Liaises with Branch Manager, Supplier and Customer Care/Complaints Officer to ascertain problem and document and provide feedback to the relevant parties.
Refer unresolved service/complaints to relevant suppliers
Evaluate complaints/variances on goods received and report to Warehouse Manager.
INVENTORY
Supervise warehousing of goods received and update inventory system.
Supervise, evaluate and train staff in proper warehouse procedures.
Supervise the receipts of all goods received and dispatched, ensuring all associated documents are attached.
Process receipt and delivery discrepancy and damaged goods.
Supervise and ensure all deliveries are accurate.
Ensure the cleanliness of the Warehouse.
Ensure and ,maintain safety procedures and techniques.
Oversee Loan Unit Department.
