Warehouse Clerk needed to work evening / night shift

Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the following position:

 Warehouse Clerk (Night Shift)

 Key Responsibilities:

Administrative

• To handle all communication and queries related to warehouse distribution
• To generate, distribute and input into VAI key performance reports such as the Goods Returned and Undelivered reports on a daily basis.
• To process delivery driver vouchers for payment in a timely manner as guided by the Assistant Warehouse/ Warehouse Manager.
• To update warehouse KPI incentive tracking information and ensure information is sent on a weekly basis to relevant persons.
• To assist the Warehouse Assistant Manager/ Warehouse Manager in the compilation of the monthly reports.
• To assist in all other administrative duties required to ensure the efficient operations of the Department.
• To assist warehouse planners with:

Batching of orders for picking to ensure an efficient process is achieved

Planning of delivery loads based on available vehicles and customer orders to achieve maximum distributionattainment.

Dispatching of delivery vehicles based on efficient route planning

Operational

• To assist in Quarterly Stock Checks.
• Support the organisation's quality management system, vision and mission.
• Assist in the application of and adherence to established HSE measures and procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees and the Company’s customers.
• Performs other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.
• To liaise with representatives from the various Divisions on all queries related to customer service.
• To work with the Operations Analyst and Quality Assurance Officer to drive continuous improvement.
• To identify and recommend better ways of executing and achieving 100% distribution attainment and customer satisfaction (internal and external customers.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Five C.X.C./O’ level passes which must include Mathematics and English
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
