Warehouse Attendants - San Juan

To perform duties in the Warehouse in line with picking, checking, receiving and dispatching of goods as indicated by Management

SAN JUAN AREA

Responsibilities:  

• Picking, checking and loading of vehicles daily
• Implementing and maintaining a proper cardex system as required
• Picking stock for internal customers (branches, showroom) with referral to branch requisitions'
• Responsible for all transfers of inventory to and from each location
• Preparation of documents such as Inter-Warehouse Transfers, Goods Return Notes, Material Requistions when required
• Issuing of serial numbers for all goods as requested
•  Lane Champions; responsible for assigned lanes and maintenance of stock
• Assisting with all stock preparation and stock checks
• Offloading of all containers, receiving, checking off and packing away goods to designated shelves
• Housekeeping in designated areas or as instructed by the Operations Manager
• Assisting as a loader on a vehicle when required
•  Maintaining and adhering to all ISO procedures
• Any other duties assigned by management

  Minimum Requirements & Experience: 

• (3) CXC passes which should include Math and English
•  (2) Years in a similar position
• A combination of experience and qualifications approved by management
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
