Waitress

Take orders and refreshments /beverages to customers and must display a high degree of accuracy and customer service skills.

1.Liaise with the Assistant Manager regarding work schedules, station assignment and special assigments. Attend shift briefings.

2. Always maintain 100% excellent customer service at all time.

3. To ensure that you present an image of impeccable manners and behaviour, reflected at all times in body language and facial expression and maintain excellent hygiene.

4. To listen attentively to customers needs in order to make appropiate recommendations to suit those needs.

5. Performs any other duties as required in the interest of acheiving the company's goals and objectives.
