WATERSPORTS SUPERVISOR
The Supervisor of Watersports will lead a team of lifeguards, boat crew and sales agents and be responsible for all watersports equipment that are contracted to a busy hotel on the North Coast. Maximising sales, motivating the team, maintaining equipment and ensuring guest satisfaction are the key components of the supervisor’s role besides liaising with operations management regarding standard operating procedures, stock, supplies and human resource management.
SKILLS & TALENTS REQUIRED:
A natural leader of people with the ability to motivate the watersports team to provide quality service and promote sales professionally, the Watersports Supervisor should be organised, detailed, pro-active, guest-oriented, respectful, calm under pressure and have the following:
WORKING HOURS:
A regular 5 day work week is the norm with occasional extra days and early or late duties dependant on the flow of the business and situations that may occur. Working weekends and Public Holidays is expected.
