Venture Capital Equity Fund Limited

Background

The Tobago House of Assembly Venture Capital Equity Fund Limited (VCEFL) is a Venture Capital company established by the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) in November 2010 in accordance with Venture Capital Act (1994). It is one of the instruments that the THA has created to develop and diversify the Tobago economy. The VCEFL will provide equity investment financing to partner with early-stage, high-potential growth companies in specific areas of investment. The VCEFL will encourage investments in Tobago by focusing primarily on investments that support the eco-diversification mandate.
