Vehicle Sales Consultants

The Role:

  • Properly follows all stepsof the sales process, i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consulting, presentation, demonstration, negotation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sale follow up to attract new and retain curent customers
  • Utilizes strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge with specific attention to vehicle specifications, technical development and market trends

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in automobile or related industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Good planning & organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and follow a structured  sales process
