The GFT Finance Process analyst will help manage the development, implementation and operation of the processes and organization necessary to achieve implementation of the GFT solution, for the region.

The GFT Finance Process analyst will help manage the development, implementation and operation of the processes and organization necessary to achieve implementation of the GFT solution, for the region. This role will lead a number of the other finance and control roles in a Regional Team focused on implementing the GFT Finance solution in the Region. It has end to end regional ownership of the integrated GFT process and solution and is a champion for the GFT solution in the region. The role will report to and work closely with the GFT Process Lead for the Region during the course of the project.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of processes, organization, training and metrics necessary to implement the GFT solution within the Region
  • Support change management impact assessment, and perform role mapping & business readiness work for GFT releases
  • Ensure appropriate training of users, and provide training requirements to Segment team
  • Support the user acceptance testing team in the testing and sign-off of the GFT solution
  • Support Region adherence to GFT global processes
  • Support process sustain capability in the Region post implementation
  • Support effective Region participation in the GFT Solution
  • Socialize data artifact (definitions, standards, process, metric, SLA, etc.) recommendations made by Regional Data Manager
Experience and Requriements
  • Experience in supporting integrated solutions, including standard process, data, roles and systems
  • Experience in more than one of the GFT process areas of: P2P, GAIT Reporting, Joint Venture Accounting, PSA
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to network effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, and influence through persuasion, not delegation
  • A self-starter able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently and in an environment where information may be limited
  • Well developed critical thinking skills, including the ability to communicate ideas both concisely and persuasively
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Upstream Finance experience
Additional Requirements
  • Performance management experience, including the definition, analysis and reporting of performance metrics
  • Strong SAP Finance experience in an Upstream Region
  • Bachelors Degree in a Financial discipline
