The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunity and profitability by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a motivated team.
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities that facilitate the growth of market share and revenue for our lines of business under the Unicomer (Trinidad) Ltd umbrella.
To develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the systems and procedures of the company for the efficient running of the administration department.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate internal controls and processes are being adhered to throughout the business regarding current stock and fixed assets, to secure the assets of the business and reduce the risk of loss
The incumbent is responsible for rolling out and overseeing the operations of the Optical Stores to ensure that the highest operational standards are maintained, and the customers consistently receive excellent customer service.
