Tyre Technician

Operates hydraulic jacks in accordance with company’s standards and practices to secure clients’ and company’s vehicles so that the necessary repair work can be performed efficiently.

2.

Removes wheels using wheel spanners/pneumatic gun to loosen wheel nuts in order effect repairs.

3.

Repairs punctured tyres according to industry standards and practices to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

4.

Operates digital balancer according to industry standard practices to ensure that wheels are accurately balanced.

5.

Re-mounts wheels using wheel spanner to tighten wheel nuts according to industry and company standards and returning wheel lock to clients thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.

6.

Reviews completed jobs by physically checking that tyres are inflated to recommended pressure levels and hubcaps are securely fastened thus ensuring customer satisfaction.

7.

Maintains clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning work area as required so as to enhance the operations of the Service Centre.

8.

Performs maintenance work on equipment by cleaning the same so as to minimize disruptions due to faulty equipment.
