A new role in the beauitful Tax Free Cayman Islands

Our Client is looking for a Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer to work for a large law firm on island.  Its a 3 month contract to start wiith looking for someone who comes from a strong Trust background and who is STEP qualifed or who is working towards to it.  Looking for someone who has also worked with in law firm and who has offshore experince.  You would have a 6 month tempoary work permit to start and hourly rate of btween $25 to $35US.

Role

• Responsibility for the day to day management of complex Trust and Company structures for high net worth clients, while ensuring that all aspects of the relevant laws are complied with.

Experience

• Successful applicants should possess a recognized Trust qualification, such as STEP, ACIB or ICSA or be working towards such a qualification and have a minimum of 5 years practical experience.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with high net worth individuals and their professional advisors with a Regulated Institution.
• Have a sound knowledge of all aspects of Trust and Company law, Trust Accounting, Investments and International Banking procedures and experience dealing with varied and complex portfolio of trust and corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills are required.
• Secondary Language skills particularly in Portuguese and/or Spanish would also be an asset.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
