Our Organisation

Our organisations consists of two Trinidad-based Companies, Trintrac Limited and Trinidad Hose Company Limited; a Warehouse facility in Florida, Miami; and a strategic partner, Inter-American Moving Services, which manages our Warehouse and is our procurement arm in the United States. 

Trintrac Limited and Trinidad Hose Company Limited are private Companies with a total of one hundred and thirty  (130) employees, owned by Mr. George Bernard and Mr. Andrew G. Bernard who have sixty-eight (68) years of combined experience in the engineered products industry.  Trintrac started operations thirty (36) years ago.

Today, Trintrac Limited represents as exclusive local and/or regional Distributors a wide range of engineered products.

Trintrac operating from a 2.5-acre facility offer a unique 24-hour service for the Agricultural, Construction, Consumer, Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, Marine, Petroleum and Oil Field sectors.

Trintrac Limited is located in Central Trinidad which is the hub of the island for businesses involved with industrial equipment, engines, pumps, agricultural spare parts, outdoor power equipment and related products and services.

Other features and strengths of our businesses are as follows:

• We represent internationally reputable lines such as Alamo, Ariens/Gravely, Best/Stone
• Construction Equipment, Daewoo, Dana Weatherhead, GoodYear, Hitachi Tools, Honda
• Powered Equipment, Hypro, John Deere, Kuhn, Ryobi, Shindaiwa, Sullair, Yanmar, among
• others.
• We have been doing business with numerous companies in the United States and Europe since
• 1972, and have earned substantive credit facilities through our unblemished payment record.
• The premises we operate from is owned by the company.
• Our computerized inventory contains over twenty-two (22)  thousand line items.
• We maintain a modern service centre staffed with twenty (20) technicians, and supervisory
• personnel; fully trained to service and repair all products we market. 
• We offer a unique 24-hour service for hose assembly.
• Trintrac and Trinidad Hose have seventeen (17) Representatives on the road every day in
• company vehicles.
• We offer on-going training on all the products we sell  as part of our employee development
• programme.  This is done through our in-house Library/Training centre using lectures and video
• presentations, audio cassettes, and a large collection of books and manuals that are even
• available to our customers, as well as participation in training offered by manufacturers we
• represent.
• We understand the meanings of "customer service" and "survival of the fittest" because this is
• how we have prospered.
• Our company is well respected for providing professional after sales service, and a  complete
• stock of parts for products we sell.
• We own over thirty (30 ) vehicles.
• We ship one  (1)  container per week out of Miami, Florida.
• Large stocks are maintained at our two (2) locations, which guarantees that large percentage of
• customer's orders are filled.
