The Executive Assistant supports two Executives by providing high-level secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and key responsibilities.
The Master Scheduler works as part of the Customer Support Services/Projects Team and is responsible for developing and updating project schedules, efficient scheduling of all tasks between the Sales, Project and Service departments and tracking and reporting on project and job progress.
